CHEF DE PARTIE

As a Chef de Partie, you play a key role in preparing dishes and supporting the kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
· You are responsible for preparing breakfast/lunch/dinner (depending on the shift) together with the Kitchen Team;
· You are responsible for creating remarkable culinary experiences in the Food & Beverage outlets; restaurant and meeting areas;
· You make sure that the HACCP rules and regulations are followed;
· You support the Commis de Cuisine and Demi Chef de Partie;
· You assist the Chef de Cuisine with creating the menus;
· You take ownership of the efficient running of the kitchen in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine

· This role is graded under the Dutch Horeca CLA using the ‘referentiefuncties Horeca’ and is classified in salary group V, including the applicable salary scale for full‑time employment. The corresponding gross monthly salary scale ranges from €2.505,04.–€3.032,79, based on full‑time employment. The starting level within the scale depends on experience.
· We offer 25 vacation days (full-time), 8% holiday allowance, travel allowance, daily meal, and 5 extra paid paternity leave days after 1 year
Qualifications:
· You have 2 years work experience as Demi-Chef de Partie or you already have experience as Chef de Partie;
· You are open minded and eager to learn.
