Channel Partner Services Coordinator

CMK Resources is partnering with a global enterprise storage leader to identify a Senior Partner Services Manager to lead post-sale operational alignment across the Americas channel ecosystem.

This role sits squarely within the post-sales partner services function. It supports MSPs and VARs delivering enterprise storage, cloud, virtualization, and backup solutions. The focus is execution, certification alignment, escalation ownership, and structured partner lifecycle management — not pre-sales or quota-carrying activities.


Work Model: Remote or Hybrid (US-Based)

Preferred Location: Raleigh, NC (strong preference); Chicago, IL or Lehi, UT considered


Responsibilities

  • Act as senior operational lead for strategic MSP and VAR partners
  • Drive partner services readiness, certification compliance, and implementation quality
  • Own complex escalations tied to service delivery and customer experience
  • Develop structured partner performance scorecards and operational accountability frameworks
  • Influence partner enablement strategy and regional execution plans
  • Align Sales, Support, and Professional Services teams around structured post-sale workflows
  • Identify systemic gaps and implement operational improvements across the partner ecosystem
  • Provide executive-level partner performance visibility and reporting


Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in partner services, channel operations, technical account management, or post-sale service delivery
  • Demonstrated experience working with MSPs/VARs delivering enterprise infrastructure solutions
  • Strong background in implementation oversight, certification enablement, and escalation management
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on
  • Proven experience driving cross-functional alignment in a global environment
  • Advanced CRM/reporting proficiency (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Tableau, etc.)
  • Comfortable stepping into ownership with minimal direction after onboarding
