Seeking a Change/Release Manager a 12-month contract in Orlando, FL. Will work a hybrid onsite role 4 days onsite per week.
Qualifications
:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Engineering or equivalent experience required
.5+ years of professional work experience preferably in IT Service Management, Development or Suppor
t5+ years of formal Change and Release Management hands-on experienc
eMust have ITIL Certified – Foundation
sSolid understanding of Software (SDLC), Engineering and Project Lifecycle
sSolid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipeline
sMust have strong ServiceNow ticketing experienc

l What You Will Be Doin
g:Collaborate in both a team environment and independently with the CMO and IT delivery teams on the improvement, execution and measurement of the release management process. Provide tactical and strategic recommendations based on ITSM key performance indicator
s.Manage Releases with a culture of communication, planning, and continual improvement. Lead post-deployment reviews that solicit open feedback and suggestions, specific to that Release, that will ensure the readiness and effective deployment of subsequent releases. Incorporate these findings and recommendations into the overall Release proce
ssOpen, maintain and close change records in the ServiceNow tool and ensure the content is complete, accurate and timely. Ensure the Change Record and all documentations meet acceptance criteria for the NBC-CMO and Parks Technology CA
