How you'll make an impact in this role
Guarantee patient safety by meticulously decontaminating and sterilizing surgical instruments according to the highest clinical standards and manufacturer guidelines.
Lead the quality control process by inspecting and assembling complex instrument sets, ensuring every tool is functional, complete, and ready for the surgeon’s hand.
Optimize surgical workflows by maintaining precise inventory levels and preparing accurate case carts, ensuring the operating team has exactly what they need when they need it.
Validate the integrity of sterilization equipment through rigorous monitoring and testing, providing the team with total confidence in the sterility of every container and device.
Support a culture of excellence by performing peer audits and quality assurance checks, fostering a collaborative environment dedicated to zero-error clinical outcomes.
