• Conduct comprehensive patient interviews and triage by accurately capturing vital signs and medical histories to facilitate efficient provider examinations and informed care plans.

• Deliver direct assistance during clinical treatments and specialized procedures under the supervision of providers or RNs, ensuring strict adherence to safety and sterilization protocols.

• Serve as a clinical scribe to document real-time patient encounters, transcribing complex diagnoses, symptoms, follow-up instructions, and prescriptions with 100% accuracy.

• Oversee the seamless transcription and coordination of provider orders, including laboratory tests, radiology imaging, and medications, to ensure continuity of care.

• Optimize clinic workflow by managing treatment room preparation, maintaining HIPAA-compliant records, and overseeing medical supply inventory through proactive materials management.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Medical Assistant obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Certified or Registered both accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
