📍 Location: Bellevue, WA (with occasional travel to nearby clinics)
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay- $25/hr to $29.52/hr
📄 Contract Role with Potential for Permanent Placement
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) to join a busy dermatology clinic. This is a great opportunity for candidates with outpatient experience who are looking to grow in a clinical setting and potentially transition into a long-term role.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Take vital signs and prepare patients (history, medications, allergies)
• Assist providers with procedures (biopsies, suture removal, dressing changes)
• Set up and maintain sterile/aseptic procedure trays
• Collect, label, and manage specimens
• Support scheduling, chart preparation, and patient flow
• Handle insurance authorizations, pharmacy calls, and refill requests
• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR (Epic required)
🔹 Requirements:
• Active MA-C certification (required)
• Minimum 6 months outpatient clinic experience (dermatology preferred)
• Experience with Epic EMR (required)
• BLS certification
• Strong clinical and administrative skills
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to float between clinic locations
🔹 Additional Info:
• Must be open to permanent placement if offered
