Work Environment
This is a field-based role focused on transporting materials between various job sites and assisting crews in completing projects efficiently. You will primarily work in and around heavy trucks and construction environments, operating end dump or hydroseed trucks and performing frequent vehicle entry and exit, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching on uneven surfaces. The position requires consistent use of appropriate PPE and adherence to all safety protocols. Work hours can extend beyond a standard schedule based on project needs, and conditions may include exposure to outdoor weather and typical job site noise and activity. The environment emphasizes professionalism, safe operations, and maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
