Are you ready to take your expertise as a cardiovascular technologist to new heights. Join our team as a Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and play a vital role supporting physicians and Cath Lab personnel in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. Operate advanced imaging equipment to capture diagnostic-quality images and provide patient care throughout procedures.


What You'll Need:

  • ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist or board eligible.
  • New Mexico state licensure required.
  • BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
  • One year of radiologic experience required. One year of interventional or Cath Lab experience preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of radiographic equipment, cardiovascular anatomy and physiology, radiographic positioning, and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
  • Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program.
  • RCIS (CCI) certification preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Facility type: Hospital (Catheterization Laboratory).
  • Shift: Days.
  • Shift hours: 07:30 – 17:30.
  • Work schedule: Four 10-hour days per week.
  • Weekend requirement: Yes.
  • On-call requirement: Approximately 10–12 days per month, includes weekends.
  • Responsibilities include performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, operating and maintaining imaging equipment, providing radiation protection, performing point-of-care testing, and maintaining documentation and supplies.
