International Motors is seeking a Category Manager-After Market to join our team!
The Category Manager-After Marketplays a key role within International Motors’ procurement organization, offering broad exposure to the business and meaningful influence on sourcing decisions that drive results. This role is designed for a procurement professional who is eager to deepen their understanding of the supply base, procurement processes, and how sourcing decisions connect across the enterprise.
As a member of a Category Management Team (CMT), you’ll work cross‑functionally with stakeholders across product development, program management, quality, manufacturing, finance, logistics, supply chain, aftermarket parts, pricing, and risk management. This collaborative environment provides a front‑row seat to how complex decisions are made and executed across International Motors.
In the Aftermarket Procurement space, you’ll manage an estimated $200M in spend, supporting categories such as body components and cab‑in‑white. You’ll be trusted with significant responsibility and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on cost, quality, and supplier performance.
