Accounts Receivable / Cash Applications Analyst (Contract)Location: Delray Beach, FL (Onsite 5 days/week)Duration: 3+ months (coverage through early May)Potential Conversion: Possible, but not guaranteedStart Date: ASAP (immediate start available)OverviewWe are seeking an Accounts Receivable / Cash Applications Analyst to provide temporary coverage while a team member is out on leave. This role will support the AR team with daily cash application, reconciliation, and cash flow visibility. While this is a contract role, strong performance could open the door to longer‑term opportunities. This position is ideal for a reliable, experienced AR professional who enjoys hands‑on work in a collaborative, onsite environment.Key ResponsibilitiesApply cash accurately and timely in NetSuite across all payment methods (ACH, wires, checks, credit cards). Cash is primarily received via ACH. Enter and upload detailed cash receipts via manual and automated processesReconcile daily bank activity to cash postings and resolve variances promptlyResearch and resolve short payments, overpayments, and unapplied/unidentified cashCommunicate directly with customers regarding missing or inaccurate remittanceMaintain audit‑ready documentation for cash application and reconciliationsPartner with collections and billing teams to resolve payment and application issuesPrepare account adjustments and escalate recurring issues to managementActively work to reduce unapplied cash balances and improve cash visibilitySupport internal controls, audits, and AR‑related projects as needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Required Qualifications1+ year of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Cash ApplicationsHands‑on experience with an ERP such as Oracle, Netsuite, SAP, etc. Strong Excel skills, including: Vlookups & Pivot Tables Experience working with multiple payment types (ACH, wire, checks, credit cards) ACH is most important. Comfortable with manual and system‑based cash posting and reconciliation in a high volume/high dollar environment. Detail‑oriented, dependable, and able to work independently onsite. EducationNo degree required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
