Description
A Case Coordinator serves as a case facilitator who is responsible for handling all scheduling and rescheduling requirements as each case may require. The Case Coordinator is also in charge of ensuring all tools and equipment are available in their required location at the required time for each case. The Case Coordinator is also tasked with making sure each case is moving forward properly and is on pace with projected completion dates, and that all Case Analysts are fully apprised of updates on each case. The Case Coordinator is required to perform all necessary tasks, including closing communications, to make sure a case progresses through each process properly, efficiently and timely.
