CareGivers America, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for anHHA/CNAresponsible for providing high-quality services to our home care private duty clients.
No experience is needed. We will provide you with paid training!
Position Spotlight...
Provide one-on-one supervision and support in the home and community
Assist with after-school routines, homework support, and structured play
Implement behavior support strategies and reinforcement plans
Encourage positive coping skills and emotional regulation
Support social skill development and appropriate peer interactions
Ensure safety at all times
Communicate consistently with parents regarding progress and concerns
Assist with light child-related tasks as needed
Experience working with children with behavioral or emotional challenges preferred
Calm, patient, and emotionally regulated under stress
Skilled in de-escalation techniques and positive behavior supports
Consistent, reliable, and punctual
Energetic and able to engage in active play
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Valid driver’s license (preferred, if community outings are included)
