Care Network Partnership Manager

Metafit | TrimRX
Del Mar, CA

About TrimRx

TrimRx is building the first truly managed GLP-1 care model - one that takes responsibility for what happens after a prescription is written.

In a market optimized for speed and volume, we differentiate by owning outcomes. We guide patients through side effects, lifestyle integration, and long-term sustainability through proactive, human care.

At TrimRx, guidance is the product and proactive support is non-negotiable.

If you believe healthcare should feel responsible, responsive, and human, you’ll fit right in.

Role Overview

TrimRx is seeking a Partnership Manager to ensure our external medical provider relationships operate seamlessly, efficiently, and transparently. This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, systems integration, and operational execution, bridging clinical providers, internal teams, and technology.

You’ll ensure our tools, workflows, and reporting systems integrate smoothly with third-party processes, while preserving trust, clarity, and accountability across organizations.

What You’ll Do

Own Partner Performance

  • Hold external medical providers accountable to SLAs and quality standards
  • Run regular performance reviews and address gaps directly
  • Escalate issues early and drive resolution
  • Renegotiate partnership terms as needed to align incentives, performance expectations, and operational realities

Fix Broken Workflows

  • Identify where processes break across Intake → Review → Fulfillment
  • Eliminate manual workarounds and reduce errors
  • Ensure systems reflect how work actually happens

Drive System Clarity

  • Partner with Product/Tech to fix integration issues
  • Translate operational problems into clear, actionable requirements
  • Ensure changes are implemented correctly across all parties

Create Accountability Across Teams

  • Define who owns what across organizations
  • Prevent misalignment, delays, and blame-shifting
  • Ensure everyone is operating from the same source of truth

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in partnership management, RevOps, health tech operations, or systems implementation
  • Experience with APIs, CRM integrations, or SaaS configuration
  • Experience in healthcare or telehealth operations
  • Strong understanding of data flow, automation logic, and workflow design
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
  • Experience coordinating across multiple organizations
  • Strong executive communication skills

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, or custom platforms
  • Experience with Stripe, EHR integrations, or compliance-sensitive data
  • Familiarity with QA and release management processes

Success Looks Like

  • Reduced integration-related workflow errors
  • Improved provider SLA adherence
  • Fewer manual interventions across the care lifecycle
  • Clear, well-documented cross-organizational workflows
  • High service provider satisfaction and retention
  • Zero ambiguity in data ownership and system responsibility

What This Role Is Not

  • Not a software engineer or developer
  • Not a passive account manager
  • Not a purely relationship-based role without operational accountability
  • Not internal tech support
  • Not responsible for building product features—but responsible for ensuring correct implementation

Why Join TrimRx?

You’ll be part of a team redefining what responsible GLP-1 care looks like. We believe healthcare should feel structured, supportive, and human, not transactional.

We value clarity, accountability, and proactive communication. We care deeply about doing the right thing for patients - even when it’s harder.

If you’re motivated by meaningful work and want to operate where trust matters most, we’d love to meet you.
