Job Title: Care CoordinatorWork Location: Portland, Maine [Community Based]Employment Type: Full-timeSalary: $52,000 a yearDate Posted: April 14, 2026About the RoleClarvida is seeking a Care Coordinator to provide Behavioral Health Home (BHH) services to children and adults with behavioral or mental health diagnoses.
