What You Will Do

Ascension Medical Group Via Christi is seeking a high-caliber Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our elite cardiology team. This is an opportunity to practice at the top of your license within a mission-driven, nonprofit health system known for clinical excellence and a supportive, collaborative culture.

  • Join an established team of 6 physicians and 11 APPs
  • Call structure: No Weekday Call/ 1:8 weekends
  • Practice setting: Outpatient/Inpatient
  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
  • Join a collaborative, high-performing cardiology team, providing comprehensive cardiovascular care with strong support, mentorship, and streamlined work-flows that allow you to practice at the top of your license.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Certified Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing preferred.

Education:

  • Master's degree of Nursing required.
