Cardiologist

CareTeam is representing an excellent permanent opportunity with a well-established, multi-location cardiology practice in the west Phoenix valley.

The Opportunity

Our client is adding a General Cardiologist to a cohesive team of 2 physicians and 3 APPs across three locations in the Goodyear/west Phoenix area. This is a outpatient-heavy, noninvasive-focused role with inpatient rounding built in.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $450,000 to $500,000 DOE
• Productivity bonus starting Year 1
• Partnership track
• 4 weeks PTO + 1 week CME + 5 sick days
• CME reimbursement
• Full health benefits

Call and Schedule

• No ER call. Practice call only, 1 week per month
• Weekend rounding: 1 in 4

Candidate Requirements

• BC or BE in Cardiology (certification within 5 years of residency)
• Active AZ license or IMLC
• 2+ years of experience
• J1 visa eligible. H1B not available.
• Mandatory skills: EKG, Echo, TEE, Nuclear Stress, Treadmill Stress, Holter/Event Monitors
