ResponsibilitiesThe Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) Program at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, invites applications for a board-certified/board-eligible cardiologist to join one of the world’s leading ACHD programs. With a long history of advancing clinical care, research, and education, the program offers an exceptional opportunity for both early-career physicians seeking mentorship and mid-career cardiologists looking to expand their academic and clinical impact.
Mayo Clinic’s ACHD program is a recognized leader in multidisciplinary care for adults with congenital heart disease, managing complex patients across the lifespan while driving innovation in clinical practice and research. Responsibilities include:
- Providing inpatient and outpatient care for adults with congenital heart disease
- Participating in cardiovascular imaging and/or invasive procedures, based on expertise
- Teaching and mentoring cardiovascular fellows, ACHD trainees, and residents
- Engaging in research and scholarly activity, with opportunities in ACHD, health outcomes, heart failure & artificial intelligence.

Compensation DetailThe minimum starting salary for surgical specialties may range from $307,250 to $843,000. This range reflects full-time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate will vary based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data.
