Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 48 months of Cardiac Sonography experience with 1 months worked in the last 6 months.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - MultiCare Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - MultiCare Health System.

You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you apply for day shift, you can also apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for another day shift position on the same unit & facility.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Experience with the patient types listed above; pediatric experience preferred. Able to perform high-quality scans on a wide range of common echo patients. Quick-thinking and efficient, with good clinical judgment on when to seek support. Seeking a tech who consistently delivers high-level, quality imaging.
  • Minimum Experience: At least 4 years of echo experience at a high acuity, fast paced facilities.

Shift & Scheduling:

  • Weekend rotation: Echo techs are the only techs working the weekend and it’s 1 and 3 weekends currently. Every other weekend.
  • On call: 1 weeknight shift per week, 1 weekend every 4th weekend. 30 minutes response time.

Floating Requirements: Between outpatient and inpatient setting. Will float to clinic across the street at 406 South 30th Ave, Suite 101.

7 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS)) or the alternative certification RCS (Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI))
