Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is required within the last 18 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - UnityPoint Health.

Additional Details:
Previous Employment Requirements: Any past employee of UPH whether FTE, or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another Market no matter which facility they currently work at, or have worked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply

Special Requests: Holiday rotation HOLIDAY update: unless the Unit is close, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday with a random day off during the week Call: 1 night/week & every 3rd weekend: 7p Friday through 7a Monday
Floating Requirements: Will be required to float across all Des Moines campuses to like units.
7 days maximum time off
2 references required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification CI (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT))
