Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Capital Accounts Manager. The Capital Accounts Manager will own customer capital account relationships during a critical period of transition, including the handoff of existing accounts and migration from the company’s legacy MCA platform. This role is central to ensuring continuity of service, operational accuracy, and customer trust in a fast‑moving, production environment. The ideal candidate is an experienced capital or financial services operator who can manage urgency, complexity, and cross‑functional coordination. This is a senior individual contributor role with direct responsibility for transition execution, customer communications, and operational stability during periods of change.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the transition of existing capital accounts, serving as the primary point of accountability throughout handoffs and migrations
  • Lead the operational migration from the legacy MCA platform to a replacement solution, coordinating closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Risk, Legal, and external partners
  • Ensure continuity of service, accurate account data, and disciplined execution during all transition activities
  • Manage customer communications, expectations, and escalations with professionalism to preserve trust during periods of change
  • Identify, document, and escalate operational and migration risks, dependencies, and issues
  • Maintain strong operational rigor, including accurate processing, documentation, reporting, and adherence to internal controls
  • Partner cross‑functionally to coordinate handoffs between sales, underwriting, servicing, and platform teams, and provide clear updates to leadership on progress and risks


Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in capital operations, lending payments, or financial services.
  • Demonstrated experience leading customer- facing system migrations or platform transitions
  • Experience managing high-risk, time-sensitive financial operations
  • Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently with accountability for outcomes


Preferred Experience

  • Experience with merchant cash advance, lending, or SMB capital products
  • Background in FinTech, SaaS, or transaction-based platforms
  • Experience supporting private equity–backed or transition environments


Salary Range

$125,000-$155,000
