A dynamic financial services company is looking for a Retail Deposits Servicing Call Center Specialist to join their team. This temporary role is based on-site and offers an opportunity to work in a supportive customer service environment.


Retail Deposits Servicing Call Center Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service by accurately addressing inquiries about depositor accounts, policies, and processes.
  • Respond to incoming calls and email inquiries, delivering precise account information and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Conduct account analyses, research, verify, and perform necessary actions to maintain account accuracy.
  • Log comments clearly, update deposit applications, and ensure database updates are complete and correct.
  • Escalate service reports and document customer feedback to improve service quality.


Retail Deposits Servicing Call Center Specialist Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior banking experience or a background in customer service.
  • Knowledge of banking procedures, departmental systems, and Microsoft Word/Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities professionally and calmly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, data entry proficiency, and a team-oriented mindset.
