Shift Details : 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

General Description:

• 100% Remote, but must be local to Los Angeles, CA
• Must report onsite on Day 1 for equipment pickup
• We are seeking experienced Call Center Customer Service Professionals with a healthcare background to support a high-volume patient access team.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for patients, assisting with appointment scheduling, inquiries, and coordination with medical staff.
