Call Center Representative

We are seeking a dependable and customer‑focused Call Center Representative to handle inbound and/or outbound customer communications. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through clear communication and effective problem‑solving. Schedule:

  • Operational hours are 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday
  • Must have flexible availability within these hours
  • Must be able to work at least one weekend day

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls and/or make outbound customer calls
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account inquiries
  • Resolve customer concerns by following established procedures and guidelines
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, and outcomes in CRM or internal systems
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate teams when needed
  • Process orders, payments, returns, and account updates
  • Adhere to scripts, compliance requirements, and performance expectations
  • Meet or exceed call handling, customer satisfaction, and resolution metrics
  • Maintain professionalism and a customer‑first approach at all times

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently
  • Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills
  • Patient, empathetic, and customer‑service‑oriented mindset
  • Basic data entry and typing proficiency
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
  • Prior customer service or call center experience preferred (but not required)
Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
