Job Title: Retail Deposits Servicing Call Center Specialist
Location: Salt Lake City UT 84101
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Pay Rate: $20/hour (Flat)
Work Schedule
First 90 Days: Fully onsite (mandatory)
After 90 Days: Hybrid
Minimum 8 days/month in office (approx. 2 days/week)
Job Summary
The role is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and accurate information related to depositor accounts, products, and processes. This includes handling inquiries, processing account-related requests, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Answer inbound customer calls
Provide accurate information on deposit products and services
Handle account inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups
Resolve customer issues with strong problem-solving skills
Escalate complaints and exceptional service cases appropriately
Processing & Account Management
Perform account analysis and manual research
Process and update deposit applications
Maintain accurate account records and system updates
Make outbound calls for clarification and communication
Ensure all database updates are accurate and complete
Training & Development
Complete required corporate training programs
Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and systems
Stay updated with new information and process changes
Ensure compliance with all servicing guidelines
Other Responsibilities
Track and document all work completed
Meet productivity and quality targets
Assist other business units when required
Identify process improvements and system issues
Demonstrate flexibility (including overtime if needed)
Required Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
Customer service experience required
Banking or financial services experience preferred
