5+ years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP
Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules (Inventory, Procurement, Payables, or Inventory Management)
Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud configuration, testing, data validation, and issue triage
Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, BI Cloud Connect, or SCM Extracts
Strong SQL / relational database knowledge
Experience working with business users and technical teams as a liaison
