Description
•Develop deep knowledge of assigned business processes and related systems.•Analyze existing workflows, data, and controls to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.•Document current state and future state processes, including SOPs and workflows.•Recommend and support process optimization, standardization, and automation initiatives.•Measure process performance and track improvement outcomes.•Partner with Accounting, Finance, Operations, IT, and external stakeholders to support process initiatives.•Facilitate working sessions to gather requirements and validate process changes.•Communicate process changes, impacts, and results to leadership and end users.•Support change management efforts, including training and user adoption.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Collierville, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.40 - $27.40/hr.
