Position: Business Process Analyst
Location: Hybrid – Chicago, IL area -- Only Locals
Duration: 6 to 12 Month Contract
Only Locals Green Card and Citizens
Must have financial services experience
Experience in AML
Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of experience in a financial services environment, with exposure to business analysis, process improvement, or project coordination across cross-functional teams
Foundational knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance considerations
General understanding of IT systems and business operations
Strong organizational, time management, and facilitation skills
Familiarity with change management concepts and performance measurement practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
Analytical thinker with attention to detail and the ability to see the broader business impact
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Positive, proactive mindset with a collaborative approach
