Work Location: Onsite at a corporate office (hybrid schedule with work-from-home on Fridays)
Reason for Opening: Maternity leave coverage (no extension expected)

One role: 8-week assignment
One role: 12-week assignment
Department: Marketplace / Account Planning
Team Structure: This role will support the Planning function and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including merchandising, product, and account management
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in retail, planning, and/or product management
Education: Bachelor’s degree required
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of wholesale and/or retail metrics and performance drivers
In-depth knowledge of consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and retail trends, particularly within apparel and footwear markets
Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable merchandise financial plans
Experience identifying risks, problem-solving, and driving business results
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to influence stakeholders and cross-functional partners
Strong active listening and comprehension skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience within a large retail or consumer goods organization is a plus
