Join a growing team within Client Operations, supporting end-to-end implementations across insurance and financial product programs. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and enjoys both data entry and document-focused work in a fast-paced environment.

🏢 Hybrid (onsite during training → 3 days onsite after)
💲 $27/hour
📅 12-month contract (2 openings)
🕒 Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM (flexibility after training)
💼 What You’ll Do:
- Support client onboarding and system setup for insurance products
- Perform data entry, testing, and quality assurance for new accounts
- Ensure accuracy of policy numbers, premium systems, and claims setup
- Create, review, and deliver client-facing documents
- Partner with sales, underwriting, vendors, and internal teams
- Communicate with external vendors for document production and testing

- Experience with data entry and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
