  • Serve as a trusted advisor and internal consultant on a range of business and administrative matters.

II. IT Liaison & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the directorate’s primary advocate and single point of contact to JSP for all IT services and requirements.
  • Act as the organization's communication channel for coordinating IT services, disseminating JSP policies, and informing staff of service outages and updates.
  • Attend key stakeholder meetings with JSP (e.g., ITM RoundTable, CAM meetings) to represent the directorate's interests and stay informed of service changes.

III. IT Service & Requirements Management

  • Serve as the directorate's authority to initiate, review, validate, justify, and track all IT service requests and escalations.
  • Develop detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) and written justifications for non-standard or new IT services.
  • Initiate, validate, and manage all IT requirements via service requests (Remedy tickets), including new requirements, break-fix incidents, and equipment requests.

Project future IT requirements and milestones to ensure long-term alignment with the directorate's mission.

IV. IT Resource & Asset Management

  • Take responsibility for the management of the directorate’s IT resources, including both hardware and software assets.
  • Initiate, coordinate, and track the issuance, relocation, and lifecycle replacement (LCR) of organizational IT equipment.
  • Validate and manage user account administration, including requests for mailboxes, distribution lists, and shared drives.

Oversee and maintain funding information for IT equipment and service procurements, reviewing cost proposals and managing End-of-Year (EOY) purchasing as applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience in a role such as Business Analyst, Management Analyst, or internal consultant.
  • Proven experience analyzing complex processes, identifying inefficiencies, and making successful recommendations for improvement.
  • Strong foundation in project or program management principles with experience managing complex tasks.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience serving as a liaison or primary point of contact between teams or organizations.
