About The Role:

As a CBRE Business Operations Coordinator, you will assist with the timely processing of front-end and back-end tasks in support of our valuation and consulting professionals with a high level of accuracy. In this role, a team on and offshore staff coordinate processing functions and perform end-to-end workflow operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Generate accurate, timely client invoices aligned with contractual terms using intermediate Excel skills and basic accounting principles.
  • up and adherence to SOPs.
  • Perform key AR administration functions—including account reconciliation, unapplied cash research, refund processing, and Positive Pay coordination—with strong accuracy and compliance.
  • Process emails requesting job setup and RFPs in the shared mailbox across all assignment types, including standard appraisals, consulting/litigation, ROW, Tax, ACS, and recurring work.
  • Reference resource documents and internal/external platforms to ensure accurate quotes, confirm client requirements, and research prior appraisal history or potential conflicts.
  • Review system data and supporting documents to ensure accurate job setup, allocations, and assignment requirements.
  • Maintain job files, apply scope changes, and ensure full compliance with SOPs, policies, and contractual requirements.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Prior experience as a business Operations Coordinator or similar role preferred.
  • Requires a basic understanding of financial terms and principles, including the ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and to ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
  • Ability to present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
  • Ability to understand and carry out instructions in standard situations, and to address problems using basic analytical skills.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (10 or above) products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • ­Familiarity working with Smartsheet and Adobe software.
  • Makes decisions in alignment with core procedures and company policies to achieve established results and timelines.
  • Familiarity with automation and AI as applied to business and process improvement
