We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Associate to join our team and help shape the future of our company. You will partner with customers to identify high-priority use cases, map workflows, deploy our product, and measure business impact - working closely with the founding team to ensure our roadmap aligns to customer outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Discovery & Outcome Design
- Lead focused discovery to map customer workflows and pain points; prioritize opportunities by impact, feasibility, and time-to-value.
- Translate ambiguity into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and success metrics (e.g., days-on-market, lead conversion, cost per ticket, SLA adherence).
- Build lightweight business cases and experiment designs (A/B or pre/post) to prove value fast.
Product Deployment & Scale
- Configure and launch MaxHome, along with evaluation criteria and guardrails
- Drive pilots to production: own plans, owners, risks, and acceptance tests
- Instrument, analyze, and communicate results; create dashboards and crisp executive readouts.
- Enable adoption with training, runbooks, and change-management comms; monitor usage, quality, and SLAs.
- Turn successful engagements into reusable templates, ROI models, and implementation guides.
Be the Product Expert & Customer Voice
- Become a power user; reproduce issues, triage with Eng/PM, and channel field feedback into the roadmap.
- Identify adjacent net-new use cases and rapidly prototype using product building blocks, expanding the value we deliver.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Consulting foundation: 2+ years at McKinsey/BCG/Bain (or equivalent) with client-facing ownership.
- Analytical problem solver: hypothesis-driven, strong with numbers and crisp storytelling; comfortable designing metrics and experiments.
- Customer-facing operator: confident with execs and frontline teams; excellent stakeholder management.
- Technical fluency (practical): comfortable with API docs, CSVs, basic SQL/Sheets, and reasoning about data readiness, prompts, and evaluation.
- Startup energy: high ownership, bias to action, thrives in ambiguity, fast without sacrificing quality.
Nice to Have
- BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Mode), basic Python, workflow tools (Asana/Jira/Notion).
- Experience deploying enterprise software or operationalizing AI/LLM use cases.
- Real estate domain exposure (brokerage ops, property management, maintenance, customer support).
