About the Business Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will have a background in startup operations, strategy, corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or M&A transaction services, and will play a critical role in supporting our business operations.


You will work closely with the CEO, Head of Strategy & Operations and Head of Partnerships on high priority tasks related to day-to-day management of the business.


This role is ideal for someone who wants to operate at the center of a high-growth startup and eventually step into senior leadership.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to support business decision-making
  • Develop financial models and perform financial analysis
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and marketing materials to partners
  • Collaborate with senior management to create and implement business strategies
  • Facilitate the management of sales operations including sales team KPIs
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management or a related field
  • At least 3 years+ of consulting, investment banking, startup operations, strategy or corporate development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills — able to operate effectively in chaos
  • High emotional intelligence - able to navigate personalities, conflict, and senior stakeholders
  • Relentless ownership mindset - you do what it takes to get the job done
