The Chief Operating Office (COO) is responsible for delivering a more consistent approach to business operations across Wells Fargo, strengthening the company’s risk and control infrastructure, and delivering effective and efficient enterprise services to employees and customers.

The COO group includes the head of Operations, who is jointly responsible for line of business operations with each of the five LOB CEOs. Operations functions include contact center operations, client servicing support, money movements within our businesses, lending operations, and other functions.

The COO group also includes a number of teams dedicated to strengthening Wells Fargo’s risk and control infrastructure. These include the Control Executive team; Regulatory and Policy Affairs; Enterprise Customer Excellence; Sales Practices Oversight and Management; and Strategic Execution and Operations.

The Chief Administrative Office, encompassing the Corporate Properties Group; Corporate Security; Enterprise Business Resiliency; Strategic Programs and Process Improvement; Enterprise Change Management; Supply Chain Management; and Data Management and Insights, delivers important services for our employees and customers.

The Customer Remediation Center of Excellence (CRCOE) is an enterprise function. This organization develops and implements consistent enterprise standards for remediating issues across our consumer lines of business. The organization enables more effective and coordinated monitoring, reporting and stakeholder communications. Enhancing our practices and outcomes for customers is a critical part of building a better Wells Fargo.

With the centralization of Customer Remediation functions into the Center of Excellence ("COE"), we have need for a highly skilled Analytic Consultant 4 – Data Analytics Quality Control Analyst. This Analytic Consultant will play the critical role of leveraging deep business systems and database knowledge to perform advanced data validation of populations of customers who were harmed.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Manage the Data Analytics Quality Control (DAQC) reviews pipeline
• Partner with DAQC managers and DAQC reviewers in maintaining and managing DAQC queue
• Actively contribute to enhancing DAQC processes within the larger DAQC leadership team by taking on Management initiatives
• Ensure adherence to data management/data governance regulations and policies
• Manage DAQC process, guidance and documentation
• Contribute to developing DAQC reviewer’s line of business data knowledge and enhance overall team capabilities
• Tracks/Evaluate DAQC team performance by creating Monthly summary reports

• 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience managing complex projects in a large enterprise environment
• Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members

• Experience with Customer Remediations
• Pipeline management

• Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
