Purpose of role:

Work alongside a Business Development team member to maintain and grow existing customers. Also, assist with setting appointments and optimizing time in front of customers/prospects while your Business Development colleague is travelling. We are looking for a HIGHLY motivated person who will maintain happy customers and seek new business opportunities. This is a base plus commission role. If you have been an outside sales rep that is tired of travelling this could be a great opportunity!


Core Responsibilities:

  • This is scouting and qualifying for new customers
  • Calling and setting appointments
  • Setting appointments for outside guys
  • Selling our value quickly in a cold call to set good appointments.
  • Use Salesforce and Zoom Info
  • Inside position


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in New Business Development and Business Development
  • Strong skills in Sales and Business Planning to drive initiatives and achieve company goals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics is an advantage
  • Strategic thinking skills are a must
