Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, seasoned Sales Account Executive to drive business growth within our specialized manufacturing and industrial divisions. Provide has been recognized as an industry leader in just our first year of business. This is a fully remote role designed for a "hunter" who understands the technical nuances of the modern plant—from production lines and QC labs to maintenance and high-level engineering. You will be stepping into a high-growth environment with a brand that already carries significant market authority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and close new contract and direct-hire staffing opportunities within the manufacturing, industrial, and power delivery sectors.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Build a robust pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and industry-specific lead generation.
  • Consultative Selling: Act as a subject matter expert for clients, providing insights on market pay rates, labor trends, and retention strategies.
  • Account Management: Navigate the full sales cycle from initial discovery to contract negotiation and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collaboration: Partner with our recruiting team to ensure a deep understanding of technical requirements for every specialized requisition.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 4+ years specifically in staffing sales within the manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Remote Proficiency: Proven ability to work independently and manage a sales territory from a home-office environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of manufacturing and power delivery roles (I&E, Maintenance, Process Engineering) and the associated labor burden/markup models.
  • Tools: Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Tracker RMS) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to "speak the language" of shop-floor supervisors and C-suite executives alike.
