Responsibilities
1. U.S. Market Expansion & Site Selection Support
- Conduct research on target cities across the U.S., including trade areas, foot traffic, F&B density, rental levels, and competitive landscape (bubble tea, coffee, etc.).
- Produce preliminary location analyses, covering demographics, purchasing power, transportation accessibility, and other key variables.
- Communicate with commercial real estate brokers, mall leasing teams, and landlords to collect site information and leasing details.
- Assist the team in compiling Site Feasibility Assessments.
2. Franchise Development & Lead Management
- Assist in screening and following up with potential franchisee leads; introduce brand positioning, investment requirements, store standards, and the franchise process.
- Maintain and update the CRM database, organizing and categorizing franchise prospects.
- Support the preparation and execution of online info sessions, franchise presentations, and offline promotional events.
3. Business Process Support & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Support BD managers in key steps such as site selection, contract review, licensing procedures, and project kick-off.
- Coordinate with Operations, Legal, Supply Chain, and Store Design/Construction teams to track project progress and document issues.
- Prepare various BD reports, market analyses, competitive research, and internal proposal documents.
4. Local Marketing & Brand Localization Support
- Assist with franchise-related local marketing initiatives in the U.S., including trade shows, community events, and promotional activations.
- Collect campaign data, conduct performance assessments, and provide insights to support strategy development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student in any major (Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Economics, or Communications preferred).
- Strong bilingual (English & Chinese) communication skills; able to interact professionally with U.S. franchise prospects.
- Interest in chain restaurants, commercial real estate, and retail expansion, with basic analytical capabilities.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and standard office productivity tools.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong execution skills, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to commit 15–25 hours per week (remote + occasional on-site visits).
