About the Role

Amtex Systems is seeking a high-energy, driven Business Development Executive with a strong hunter mindset to expand our client base and drive new business opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building pipelines from scratch, and excels at engaging senior decision-makers. You will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities and working closely with internal teams and leadership to close new business.

You are not just a salesperson—you are a pipeline builder, relationship creator, and growth driver.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive high-volume outbound prospecting across target accounts
  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
  • Identify, qualify, and book meetings with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from initial outreach to closure
  • Map accounts and develop long-term relationships within enterprise organizations
  • Collaborate with internal leadership and subject matter experts to position solutions effectively
  • Represent Amtex Systems at industry events, trade shows, and client visits
  • Promote capabilities in IT services, staffing, engineering, and digital solutions

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–6 years of experience in inside sales, field sales, or business development
  • Proven track record of high outbound activity and meeting generation
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Exposure to IT services, staffing, consulting, or technology sales is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
