This entry-level business operations specialist role focuses on supporting transportation operations within a supply chain organization at a manufacturing facility. You maintain and optimize vendor relationships, analyze inbound transportation, and act as a business analyst for non-IT projects. Responsibilities
You work on-site at a manufacturing facility within a supply chain and transportation-focused environment. The role involves close collaboration with logistics, procurement, and other business teams, as well as regular interaction with carriers and external partners. You use tools such as SAP, ERP systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and Word) to manage data, reporting, and daily operations. The work centers on inbound transportation, dock scheduling support, and both domestic and international freight activities, requiring consistent attention to detail and responsiveness to changing priorities. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
