Job Summary

Aaratech Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience in the healthcare domain. The role involves working with clinical, operational, and IT teams to analyze workflows, gather requirements, and deliver solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for healthcare systems
• Analyze workflows such as patient intake, billing, and claims processing
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders
• Support implementation of EHR/EMR systems
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA)
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams
• Participate in UAT and validate system functionality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, IT, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of Business Analyst experience
• Experience in healthcare domain
• Strong analytical and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner)
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, or ICD codes
• Experience with SQL, Excel, or Power BI
