Business Analyst (IT)

Role Overview

Level II role (2–5 years of experience) supporting program operations and coordination within a small team environment. This position serves as a liaison between customer/business stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, documentation, and execution of program requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between customer community and internal teams
• Gather and document requirements through interviews, surveys, site visits, and workflow/process analysis
• Translate business needs into functional and operational requirements
• Support program/project activities including coordination, tracking, and status reporting
• Assist with process improvements and documentation across multiple programs
• Work cross-functionally to support delivery of Energy Efficiency and Discount programs

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Program Support, Program Specialist, Project Coordination, or Junior PM roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage stakeholders and support projects/programs
• Experience in a regulatory or utility environment preferred
• SAP experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

• Training: Shadowing and on-the-job training
