Business Analyst

Marathon TS is seeking a Business Analyst to support a fully onsite opportunity in Atlanta, GA focused on business process improvement, reporting, dashboard development, and KPI-driven project support. This position will support the evaluation, design, development, and implementation of standardized reporting, business processes, and information systems solutions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, comfortable working in a ticket-driven environment, and able to communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, or related field
- 0–2 years of professional experience in a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Project Analyst, or similar role
- Strong Excel skills for reporting, data analysis, and tracking metrics
- Experience with business reporting, dashboards, KPIs, or operational metrics
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured, ticket-based environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
