Job Title: General Maintenance Worker

Job Description

The General Maintenance Worker will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including painting drywall, working on the roof, hanging pictures, and installing TVs and other fixtures. This would be a 1st shift M-F job opportunity 6:00am-2:30pm.

Responsibilities

  • Paint and repair drywall surfaces.
  • Perform roofing maintenance and repairs.
  • Hang pictures and install TVs.
  • Assist with various maintenance tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with HVAC systems, including chillers and boilers.
  • Journeyman certification in relevant fields.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency with tools and equipment.
  • Comfortable working at heights.
  • Adaptable to various types of work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
