Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on facility systems including HVAC, boilers, pumps, air compressors, plumbing, and exhaust systems. Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot the Building Management System (BMS) for alarms, trends, and performance; escalate issues as needed. Support field troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems across manufacturing, cleanroom, and office areas. Assist in the operation and maintenance of facility utilities such as DI water, process gases, chilled/hot water systems, and compressed air.

Work Environment
Work Monday through Friday on the day shift, initially from 6am to 2:30pm for training, and then from 10am to 7:30pm. The role involves working in a structured and safety-focused environment with a commitment to operational excellence.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
