The Opportunity

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and support field teams. This role is essential to keeping jobs moving, equipment ready, and operations running efficiently.

You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating equipment logistics, maintaining organization, and ensuring safety standards are upheld across the warehouse and job sites.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including organization, inventory, and equipment readiness
• Manage storage and tracking of contents for commercial and residential projects
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of equipment to and from job sites
• Maintain accurate counts of inventory, supplies, and contents movement
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained, tracked, and ready for use
• Conduct job site visits to support field teams and identify safety concerns
• Perform safety inspections and job hazard assessments
• Coach technicians on proper procedures, handling, and safety standards
• Partner with operations teams to support workflow and project timelines
• Utilize barcode scanners and systems to track inventory and materials

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of warehouse experience
• Experience overseeing or leading warehouse operations
• Strong focus on safety and experience conducting inspections
• Sit-down forklift experience
• Experience with inventory systems and barcode scanners
• Ability to load and unload materials and equipment
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs

What to Expect

This role supports a 24-hour emergency service operation. Some evening and weekend work may be required based on business needs.
