Box Truck Driver (Class A CDL Required)

Our client, a leading marine service and manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Box Truck Driver (Class A CDL Required) to join their team. As a Box Truck Driver (Class A CDL Required), you will be an essential part of the transportation and logistics department supporting marine repair, fabrication, and transportation operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, safety-consciousness, and professionalism, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Box Truck Driver (Class A CDL Required)

Location: Richfield, WI

Pay Range: $25.50 per hour. 

Shift: 1st shift 

What's the Job?

• Safely operate a box truck and tow equipment using a gooseneck trailer to transport marine products and materials.
• Transport boats, marine equipment, and materials to various locations efficiently and securely.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securement to prevent damage or accidents.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle and trailer inspections to maintain safety standards.
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules while maintaining accurate logs and documentation.

What's Needed?

• Valid Class A CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with proven safe driving record.
• Experience operating box trucks and hauling equipment, including towing with gooseneck trailers.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and perform physical tasks such as bending and loading/unloading.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to meet delivery deadlines.
• Knowledge of load securement, trailer safety practices, and DOT regulations.
