Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for Boutique-Style Autism Therapy Clinic
Location: Northern Utah County – mostly at our Pleasant Grove clinic
Position: Full-Time or Part-Time
About Us: Elevation Behavioral is a family/BCBA-owned boutique-style company that gives behavioral therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. We aren’t looking to grow into a huge company; simply to give high quality therapy to the children we serve.
We really are different. No politics, no egos, and non-stop focus on the kids is what we are all about. Communication is collaborative and our BCBAs support one another. Our caseloads are low and our supervision time with the children we serve is maximized, rather than having many clients with very few hours. We have staff who make curriculum for you. You choose your supervision schedule, while our scheduler takes care of scheduling clients, subs, and more. Between more supervision with each child, excellent curriculum made for you, and not worrying about scheduling, you have the time to take excellent care of the children you serve. Our team focuses on pairing, positive reinforcement, high expectations, and having fun during sessions. We engage our clients in compassionate, trauma-assumed therapy where we honor their communication and their needs. We are dedicated to “Child-Centered” ABA where the needs of child come first. We know when we help children get what they need, they flourish and grow at exponential rates!
