Position Summary

We’re seeking an enthusiastic BCBA to support our mission to help children achieve their highest potential. This position is available for either in person at our physical location in Las Cruces, NM or remote.

Work Requirements:

  • In-person: 86 billable hours/month with 10-15 admin hours/week
  • Remote: 100 billable hours/month with 10-15 admin hours/week
  • Availability: Between 8am and 8pm MST

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Master’s Degree (Required)
  • Experience: 1+ year BCBA certification; 1+ year with SBT or PEAK preferred
  • Language: Spanish (preferred)
  • Certifications: BCBA certification (required), CPR (preferred)

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in a dynamic team to develop individualized service and behavior intervention plans.
  • Document billing notes, progress reports, and conduct ongoing assessments.
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions.
  • Communicate effectively with families and team members to optimize outcomes.
