Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

📍 Location: Orange Park

🕒 Employment Type: Part-Time (15–20 hours/week)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBA to join a clinician-led environment focused on delivering high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based care. This role offers the opportunity to lead clinical programs while mentoring and supporting a team of RBTs in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities

Assessments

• Conduct initial and tri-annual assessments using VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or AFLS

Clinical Leadership

• Develop, implement, and modify Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on data-driven insights

Supervision & Mentorship

• Provide 5–10% supervision to RBTs, ensuring high standards of treatment fidelity

Parent Training

• Deliver 1:1 caregiver training to promote skill generalization from clinic to home

Qualifications

• Certification: Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Education: Master’s degree in ABA or a related field
• Licensure: Eligible for or currently holding Florida LBA
• Technical Skills: Experience with platforms such as Catalyst or CentralReach preferred
