Our client is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing clinical team in a full-time, onsite role delivering ABA therapy (Applied Behavior Analysis) to children and families.

About the Role (ABA Therapy / Behavior Analyst)

As a BCBA, you will lead individualized ABA therapy programs for children ages 2–20, working closely with families and clinical staff in a collaborative, center-based environment.

You’ll design and oversee ethical treatment plans that promote communication, independence, and meaningful life skills, helping children with autism spectrum disorder and behavioral needs thrive in their daily lives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Conduct behavioral assessments
  • Use data analysis to guide clinical decisions and track progress
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to new BCBAs and clinical staff
  • Serve as the clinical lead for your assigned team
  • Collaborate with families through clear and compassionate communication
  • Maintain a caseload of approximately 8 clients
  • Meet or exceed 25 billable hours per week
  • Ensure care aligns with trauma-informed and child-focused ABA practices
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented clinical culture
  • Stay current with ABA research and best practices


Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification (or sitting for the exam soon)
  • Meets BACB supervision requirements
  • Experience in ABA therapy, autism services, or behavioral health preferred
  • Ability to manage a caseload and meet billable hour expectations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Colorado Springs, CO
